課程概述 |
一、課程簡介:
Introduction to administrative and managerial issues
related to the profession including supervision styles and structures of management, directing and controlling subordinates program planning methods, financial management, marketing the service, evaluating the quality of service, communication line and the legal and regulatory influence in OT practice.

Grading : Assignment 40%
Final exam 60%
Assignment: To design an OT department or establish an OT program, including the space, personnel, equipment, treatment programs and the budget.
Final exam: written exam, will include multiple choice, yes/no questions and short answers.
